    The owner decides

    Present your home, keep the option of selling directly and choose whether to work with agents on this property.

    A buyer is introduced

    An agent proposes a specific buyer with that buyer’s consent. The owner checks whether they already know the buyer before accepting.

  3. 03

    Success is shared fairly

    An accepted registration starts the agreed protection period. Commission depends on the agreed successful sale to that buyer.
